Family planning issues to be outlined
The State Council is scheduled to hold a media briefing on Jan 11 at the State Council Information Office. Officials from the National Health and Family Planning Commission are expected to discuss issues on implementing two-child policy for every couple, reforming and perfecting services and management of family planning.
