Curry's calf worries Warriors

Reigning NBA MVP Stephen Curry could be headed for an absence due to a left leg injury, Golden State Warriors interim coach Luke Walton said on Tuesday.

Curry, who played through a right calf injury during a Christmas Day game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, did not practise on Tuesday because of his ailment.

He is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks and Golden State is set to take on Houston Rockets on Thursday.
