Dalian railway project gets government nod
China's national economic planner has approved the second phase of a railway project in Dalian, Liaoning province, involving investment of 52.9 billion yuan ($8.16 billion). The 170.1-kilometer project will be completed by 2020, the National Development and Reform Commission said on its website on Wednesday.
