Floods force evacuations, trigger alerts

Widespread floods wreaked havoc around the world over the weekend.
Nearly 140,000 people were forced from their homes in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.
In the United Kingdom, heavy rains triggered floods in parts of northern England, while in the United States, millions of residents in the south were struggling to recover from fierce storms and floods.
