The music's still in her

Pop star Han Hong may be hanging up her Air Force uniform, but she'll be giving a broad voice to a new online-entertainment company, Chen Nan reports.

Ten days after she announced she's resigning from the People's Liberation Army Air Force on her Sina Weibo account with more than 10 million followers, Han Hong - one of China's most famous pop singers - was named CEO of the newly founded Hualu Baina Entertainment.

It marked the transition of the 44-year-old singer-songwriter from a pop star, who has been entertaining troops and the general public during the past two decades - and the former deputy head of the League of Literary and Artistic Workers of the PLA Air Force - to a businesswoman.
