Top legislature to meet for bimonthly session

The National People's Congress Standing Committee, the country's top legislature, is set to hold its bimonthly session from today till Sunday in Beijing, Xinhua News Agency reported. The session will review draft laws related to counterterrorism, domestic violence, education and charity. Lawmakers will also discuss bills to revise laws on areas including wildlife protection, traditional Chinese medicine and family planning.
