Talks end without any agreement
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea on Saturday ended their vice-ministerial-level talks without any agreement on differences over sensitive issues. From the beginning, the high-level talks showed signs of differences over sensitive issues such as the regular reunion of Korean families separated by the 1950-53 Korean War.
