Poverty plans to be unveiled
The State Council is scheduled to hold a media briefing tomorrow in which Liu Yongfu, head of the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, will introduce plans related to poverty reduction during the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20). The briefing is open to reporters from home and abroad.
