Country acting as bridge, but is not in middle of developing and developed nations, expert says

China has positioned itself to play "a bridging role" between developing and developed countries in the United Nations climate talks, but that doesn't mean it is in a middle place between developing and developed countries, said Li Junfeng, the director general of climate change strategy at the National Development and Reform Commission.
