4 injured in blast at Moscow bus stop

Four people were lightly injured when an improvised explosive device, apparently placed in a bag, detonated at a bus stop in central Moscow, police said on Tuesday. The device went off on Pokrovka Street, a trendy area in central Moscow. "A hooliganism inquiry has been opened," Moscow police spokesman Maxim Kolosvetov said. Preliminary information suggests the explosives were inside a bag that was thrown either from a car or a nearby residential building, another Moscow police spokesman, Andrey Galiakberov, said earlier.
