Sino-US talks aim at cybercrime

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Guo Shengkun is going to the United States as co-host of a high-level dialogue between the two countries to combat cybercrime. The dialogue, which will run through Dec 3, was an outgrowth of the consensus reached between the two countries during President Xi Jinping's state visit to the US in September. Guo will also meet Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson during the visit at the second ministerial meeting of the two national security departments.
