Ministry of Education warns Party members it will punish those who break austerity rules

Leaders of the Communication University of China, one of the key universities for broadcasting, have violated the rules of the Communist Party of China and have been reprimanded for failing to discipline the faculty.

In a statement published on Tuesday, the Ministry of Education said that eight senior staff in the university have been punished for violating the Party's "eight-point" austerity rules.
