CPC lists driving drunk as violation

The Communist Party of China has listed drunken driving and speeding as violations for the first time, as the Party tightens the rules for its 88 million members. Party members will be punished if they are caught driving drunk, speeding or driving an overloaded vehicle among other severe traffic violations, the country's top graft-buster said on Thursday.
