South Korea government: 200 Syrian refugees arrive by plane

Two hundred Syrian refugees have entered South Korea, the country's intelligence agency said on Wednesday.

Among the 200 Syrians, 135 have been allowed to stay temporarily for humanitarian purposes. The Justice Ministry is examining whether to let them continue to stay in South Korea.

The remaining 65 have been standing by at the airport under the supervision of the authorities.
