Today, the National Bureau of Statistics is scheduled to release figures related to housing prices in 70 major cities last month. In September, home prices in China rose for a fifth consecutive month, suggesting a mild recovery in the housing market that will relieve some of the pressure on the country's economy, according to the bureau.
