绿色发展 (lǜsè fāzhǎn)
President Xi Jinping has pointed out that the five development ideas of "innovation, coordination, green, opening-up and sharing" are the concentration of China's economic work experiences over the past three decades, and reflect the ruling Party's new understanding about China's development. The 13th Five Year Plan (2016-20) has listed "green development", or environmentally friendly growth, as a key path for economic progress, and given priority to strengthening environmental protection inspection and enforcement.
