The Evaluation Committee of the Golden-Pillow Award of China Hotels named Martin Leclerc, general manager of The St. Regis Tianjin as China's Best Hotel Manager for 2015, at the 12th Golden-Pillow Award of China Hotels ceremony in Shanghai.

The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing, was voted the No 3 hotel in China and the best in Beijing in the Cond Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Top 40 Hotel Awards 2015. It scored 92.81 points out of 100.

The Shangri-La Hotel Dalian hosted a fundraising event for breast cancer patients in October, which is Breast Cancer Month. The hotel opened a red-ribbon theme room during the month. In addition, they sold cakes and cocktails at Dalian Times Square on Oct 25 and donated the proceeds to the Dalian Women and Children's Development Foundation for breast cancer patients.

The 20th Concierge China Congress and the 13th Golden Key International Alliance Congress will be held in Chengdu from Nov 17 to 20. The Golden Key label is a symbol of Les Clefs d'Or, a professional association of hotel concierges that originated in France in 1929. The association was first introduced to China in 1995 and now has more than 2,800 members in the country.
