Ex-political adviser charged with graft

A former senior political adviser has been charged with taking bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said on Wednesday. The case will be heard by the Harbin Intermediate People's Court in Heilongjiang province, but the SPP did not specify when. Chen Tiexin, vice-chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, was expelled from the Party in October last year.
