Supervision of TV commercials can lift quality

A REPORT RELEASED by the China Consumers' Association in Beijing on Monday says that of the 120 selected television advertisements aired last year, 111 made exaggerated claims for the products being promoted. Comments:
There should be strengthened supervision of the TV commercial industry, with greater scrutiny of the claims made of products, in order to create a better shopping environment for consumers.
