Culture: Photograph of fishermen on misty river wins top prize
A photograph portraying Chinese fishermen on a misty river near Lishui, Zhejiang province, taken by Vladimir Proshin, was awarded the top prize of the Siena International Photography Awards. The image was taken in 2013 when Proshin was invited to the 15th China International Photographic Art Exhibition in China. He was also awarded the gold medal during the tour. The photography awards, held for the first time this year, are supported and promoted by many Italian and international photography magazines.
