Major plenary session on development plans
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Party's central leadership, is set to be held from today till Thursday in Beijing. The session is expected to include discussions related to the country's development plans for the next five years, the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20), Xinhua News Agency reported. The agenda is also likely to include major government personnel transfers, political analysts said.
