Lawmakers visit notorious shrine

Up to 70 Japanese lawmakers visited the notorious World War II-linked Yasukuni shrine on Tuesday, following Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's ritual offering. The lawmakers from a right-wing group pay homage every year. The Yasukuni enshrines 14 Japanese convicted class-A war criminals judged after World War II.
