State Council to give economic update

The State Council is scheduled to hold a media briefing on Monday at the State Council Information Office. Sheng Laiyun, director-general of the Department of Comprehensive Statistics and spokesperson of the National Bureau of Statistics, is expected to disclose the national economic performance in the first three quarters of this year and answer questions on the topic.
