Man leaves 'naughty' daughter, 4, in street

A man who forced his 4-year-old daughter out of the car and into a busy street in Xi'an on Sunday told police he left the girl because she was naughty during a quarrel with his wife. A passer-by, a woman surnamed Cao, called a police hotline for help and stayed with the crying girl. The father didn't return for more than an hour.
