Maduro calls for 'fixed' oil price

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday called for a "fixed" oil price at around $70 per barrel and predicted that a meeting of oil producing nations scheduled for next week in Vienna would bring "good news" to the global economy. Maduro stressed the importance of the upcoming meeting, which will be attended by experts from OPEC member states and other oil producing nations that are not part of the energy alliance.
