Hodgson's squad ends qualifying campaign with 3-0 romp over Lithuania

England made it a perfect 10 wins out of 10 in its Euro 2016 qualifying campaign as it completed its road to France campaign with a 3-0 victory over Lithuania on Monday.

Roy Hodgson's side had long since booked its place in next year's tournament, but it was keen to finish with an impressive 100 percent record before focusing on the December draw for the finals.
