Pickpocket nabbed on 3rd grab attempt

A pickpocket who returned to the same sleeping victim three times in seven minutes in the provincial capital Hefei on Thursday was finally caught when he went for the man's cash. The alleged thief first took a cell phone from a man sleeping in a fast-food restaurant just before 6 am, then returned for the man's earphones. When he returned and fumbled around for cash in the man's bag, the victim woke up. The man was detained by the police.
