Many Chinese mainland tourists say Hong Kong is losing its charm as a top shopping and travel destination.
"I prefer Macao to Hong Kong, because there are always so many tourists during the peak travel season in Hong Kong... Some of its residents might not be friendly to tourists from the mainland."
