Li enjoying retirement - with no regrets

By Agence France-Presse in Wuhan, Hebei | China Daily | Updated: 2015-09-30 08:12

Li Na said on Monday she had "no regrets" about her career, a year after China's two-time Grand Slam winner abruptly retired from professional tennis.

Li was addressing reporters in her central China hometown of Wuhan during the second edition of the Wuhan Open, which was launched last year on the back of her success.

The 33-year-old has rarely appeared in public since she tearfully retired on the eve of the inaugural Wuhan Open, and later gave birth to a daughter.
