First lady Peng Liyuan and YooSoon-taek, the wife of United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, unveiled on Sunday a stamp honoring people with disabilities.

Speaking at the UN head-quarters in New York City, Peng said the stamp, introduced during the organization's 70th year, shows the importance of helping the disabled to live full lives.

The stamp, which features the number 70 in its design, was produced by the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs and the UN Postal Administration.
