Warehouse owner to pay for losses

Authorities in Tianjin said the wheels have been set in motion to secure compensation from the owner of the warehouse for those affected by explosions at the site on Aug 12, said Zhang Yong, head of Binhai New Area of Tianjin. Zhang said an improvement campaign will be launched focusing on safety at companies that deal with dangerous goods. A total of 165 people died in the explosions. Another eight remain missing.
