Mirza's success means pressure

Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik on Thursday said his tennis star wife Sania Mirza's success in the US Open has inspired him on the cricket field - but also put him under pressure.

Mirza won the ladies doubles in the US Open last week with Swiss partner Martina Hingis, marking the pair's second Grand Slam doubles triumph in a row following their victory at Wimbledon.

In April this year Mirza became the first Indian woman to attain the world No 1 ranking in doubles, alongside former Grand Slam singles champion Hingis.
