Former military leader cremated
The body of Zhang Zhen, former vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission, was cremated on Wednesday morning in Beijing. Zhang died on Sept 3 at the age of 101. President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang, and senior leaders Zhang Dejiang, Liu Yunshan, Wang Qishan, Zhang Gaoli, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, attended the funeral at the Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery.
