Two get death for student rapes

The nation's top court on Monday approved the death penalty for two men convicted of raping female students. The Supreme People's Court said it had agreed to the sentence for Hu Cunbiao and Wang Yong, who both were convicted in the violent rapes of several girls over the past several years. The court said Wang, of Anhui province, raped 16 girls between 2010 to 2012 after luring them online, while Hu, of Shandong province, raped 11 girls after he blocked them on their way to school or home, from 2004 to 2012, the court said.
