EU foreign ministers to meet in bid to resolve differences over strategy

Hundreds of migrants, including Syrian refugees, were stranded on a train in Bicske, Hungary, for a second day on Friday, demanding passage to Germany in a standoff with riot police.

Meanwhile, hundreds of refugees who have been stuck for days at Budapest's Keleti train station gathered their belongings and began marching out of the city, vowing to make it to Austria on foot after Hungarian authorities blocked them from boarding westbound trains.
