More police officers die from injuries in clashes

Two Ukrainian police officers died on Tuesday from injuries suffered when a grenade exploded on Monday during street battles with protesters in Kiev, and more than 140 people were hospitalized, officials said.

Another officer had died on Monday.

More than 3,000 people opposed to amendments to Ukraine's constitution staged pickets outside Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada on Monday as members of parliament were considering the constitutional amendments supposed to decentralize power in Ukraine and find a political peaceful settlement to the conflict, Tass reported.
