Lottery winner eyes handbags
A young woman from Xichang, Sichuan province, received prize money of nearly 9.6 million yuan ($1.5 million) from the Sichuan Sports Lottery Center in Chengdu. She said she had been buying lottery tickets for three years, mostly spending only 10 or 20 yuan on them. She did not know what she would do with most of her winnings, but said she would buy several handbags for herself.
