Culture: PLA chorus gears up for Sept 3 parade

Music is an indispensable part of any parade. This year's parade to mark the 70th anniversary of China's victory in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1937-45) boasts 1,200 members of the chorus of the People's Liberation Army. The chorus is set to perform alongside the military band for the first time, and both have undergone extensive training to deliver the perfect note on Sept 3.
