IS destruction of ancient temple erases rich history

By Associated Press in Beirut, Lebanon | China Daily | Updated: 2015-08-26 07:46

It has left residents, archaeologists and historians fearful that the extremists will destroy more of the rich site, including an even larger, more ancient, temple nearby.
