Lydia Ko won the Canadian Pacific Women's Open for the third time and first as a professional on Sunday, beating Stacy Lewis with a par on the first hole of a playoff.

The 18-year-old finished with an even-par 72 to match Lewis at 12-under 276 at Vancouver Golf Club on the sun-drenched coast of British Columbia province.

Lewis, also a playoff loser this year in the ANA Inspiration, had a 67.
