Book highlights WWII resistance
The English-language edition of a book about China's resistance against Japanese forces during World War II has gone on sale. It is a translation of The Chinese War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression published by the People's Publishing House in May, the Central Compilation and Translation Press said in a news release. The book provides important details about China's resistance to the Japanese invaders in the 1930s and 1940s, the news release said.
