Shanxi officials in bribery probe

Four officials from Shanxi province are being investigated for allegedly accepting bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said on Monday. The Shanxi provincial procuratorate approved the arrests of Dong Hongyun, former Party chief of Xinzhou; Wu Yongping, former Party chief of the Shanxi Coal Industry Bureau; Xie Genfa, former Party chief of Communication University of Shanxi; and Hao Suzhen, deputy director of the Shanxi provincial Audit Bureau.
