Platform for Shanghai-Taipei communication

The Shanghai-Taipei Forum is scheduled to be held today and tomorrow in Shanghai. Taipei "mayor" Ko Wen-je is expected to attend the event, which will focus on urban development and cultural communication, according to the Shanghai government. The annual event has been held by the two cities in rotation since 2010 to promote communication.
