National Football League club owners on Tuesday heard updates from three teams on possible relocation to Los Angeles in 2106, with a decision over who might play there possibly coming by January.

Owners of the San Diego Chargers, St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders are looking at moving back to Los Angeles, a sprawling market that could have two teams as soon as next year.

San Diego officials pitched their latest stadium offer in hopes of keeping the Chargers from moving up the California coast.
