Royal photos to be auctioned
A dozen candid and unpublished photos of Prince Charles and Princess Diana's wedding reception are going on sale at a Boston-area auction next month. The photos were taken by Lord Patrick Lichfield, a relative who was the only photographer allowed to take informal photographs when guests returned to Buckingham Palace after the July 1981 wedding. The photos show Diana with members of her own family as well as Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Princess Margaret and Prince Andrew.
