US top diplomat to visit Cuba
US Secretary of State John Kerry is set to visit Cuba tomorrow. Kerry will raise the US flag over its newly restored embassy in Havana. Last month, the two sides agreed to a historic deal to re-establish full diplomatic ties, which were severed 54 years ago at the height of the Cold War.
