War confessions appear online

The first in a series of 31 confessions of Japanese war criminals from World War II was published online on Tuesday by the State Archives Administration. The series of handwritten documents expose crimes committed by Japanese troops in China during the war. One confession will appear daily on the administration's website, along with a Chinese translation and an abstract in both Chinese and English, an official said.
