Property market set to recover in second half

The nation's top economic planner said on Monday that the property market is likely to recover in the second half of the year, a good sign for the broader economy. Consumer prices are expected to stabilize and start picking up in the second half of 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission said in a statement on its website.
