NDRC to boost social capital in six sectors

The National Development and Reform Commission on Tuesday released a three-year plan that seeks to introduce more social capital in six sectors to enhance manufacturing and boost core competitiveness. The six sectors include rail transportation equipment, maritime engineering facilities, industrial robots, new energy autos, modern agricultural machinery and high-end medical instruments and medicine.
