Beijing has won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics, becoming the only city to stage the Summer and Winter Games.
"In 2022, friends worldwide will feel our warmth and hospitality, just like during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. I'll still volunteer to help in seven years' time."
